Tim wanted a company that could offer people stability and autonomy while instituting a relaxed yet professional workplace and thus DLC was born. Tim’s 15 year experience in the Used Car business makes DLC a pinnacle stepping stone with all the makings of success. His vision of a specialized setting that is pleasurable and gratifying to each employee shows in the quality of service each member receives on an everyday basis.

Tim’s dedication and motivation as DLC’s business partner is to make DLC the best company of its kind, making him a great asset to the company. Tim is accustomed to giving the best he has to offer, with the sole purpose of making DLC a success. His exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent eye for detail outshines in his daily duties that include but are not limited to overseeing the daily operations of the company and masterminding the sales and marketing responsibilities. In addition he formulates short and long-term game plans for improvement opportunities in all areas of the company. He identifies personnel productions and company policies that may be creating a negative impact on the company morale and productivity. He communicates plans to key personnel and associates and reviews major aspects of the company for legal compliance, competitiveness and diversity to allow for increased enterprise potential.

Zolian Zoong Lwe

Raised in an undeveloped countryside of India as his parents fled religious persecutions of his home country, Myanmar, Zolian never imagined he would one day set foot in America. At 13, he was thrust into the world of business as the eldest child of a non-English speaking single mom. Before starting college, he had been a part of many life changing business transactions.He assisted his family’s sushi business with day to day operations and was critical in the expansion process. In eight years’ time his family had expanded to seven sushi bars.

While in college, Zolian opened two sushi bars and a used car dealership. After achieving his goals with his businesses, Zolian started to look for a new challenge. This challenge came in the form of DLC.

As partner at DLC, Zolian has brought his many business experiences to DLC and works hard every day to make DLC the best company. Zolian implements his skills by overseeing the strategic business and expansion planning. He also oversees all policy changes within the company, as well as policy changes that affect customers. Further, he oversees all advertising campaigns done by the creative design team and the SEO management team. Lastly, he oversees leadership development and performance management to ensure DLC is always setting industry standards in providing the best service to customers.
